Stephanie Shearer is an English Language Arts teacher in Nebraska. Stephanie received her B.S. in Secondary Education from Concordia University, Nebraska, and is currently working toward an M.A. in English from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She teaches junior and senior English as well as introductory theatre and forensics courses. In addition to her classroom duties, Stephanie directs the fall one-act play and coaches the speech team. She was the recipient of the NCTE Leadership Development Award in 2019. In her free time, Stephanie reads, writes, and experiences as much live theatre as possible.
