Jerry Ayers received his BFA in theatrical design and theatre education from Texas State University. He has been involved with educational theatre for over thirty years as teacher, designer, playwright, adjudicator and administrator. His plays have been performed by middle and high school theatres, community theatres and professional theatres from Atlanta to Dallas to Toronto and Misawa, Japan. He is also an award-winning costume designer and set designer for multiple theatres in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. Jerry is currently the Theatre & Dance Coordinator for Grand Prairie ISD.
