One of literature's most enduring young heroines, Meg Murry, is back -- braces, stubbornness and all. Once again, she's joining forces with Mrs Whatsit, Charles Wallace, Calvin O'Keefe and more to battle the forces of evil so she can rescue her father, save humanity and find herself. In the end, we know two things for sure: 1. Love CAN overcome evil and 2. There IS such a thing as a tesseract.

Perfect for schools and competitions, this one-act adaptation of the beloved novel masterfully retells the story in a fresh and enduring way.

Ask a Question
  • I noticed that this title (A Wrinkle in Time (35-minute one-act)) has the following note "NOTE: THIS TITLE IS RESTRICTED FROM PERFORMANCE JAN 8-MAY 8, 2018" Does this mean that the show cannot be performed by anyone? Or can only certain types of theaters can perform it? I work at at school in MA and we're currently looking for a show to present for the State Drama Festival. If it's not something we can do, please let me know so we don't present it to our students as a possibility. Mike

Hello! Yes, all "A Wrinkle in Time" adaptations are restricted from performances from Jan 8- May 8, 2018 due to the upcoming Disney film release, so unforuntately it wouldn't be an option for your school during that timeframe. Hopefully you can produce it after May 8 or maybe in next year's festival!
