Erin Detrick previously worked in theater full time and baked bread on the side; now she bakes full time and adapts plays on the side. In her former career, she worked most recently at New Dramatists, and adapted a large-cast version of The Wizard of Oz for Playscripts, Inc. A native of Louisville, Kentucky, she has called NYC home for over a decade.
