Conor Eifler

Conor Eifler is a playwright and performer based in Portland, Oregon. His plays have been produced or developed by Portland Center Stage’s JAW Playwright Festival, Ars Nova’s ANT Fest, The Samuel French Off-Off Broadway New Play Festival, The Actors Theater of Louisville Apprentice/Intern Company, TeenWest Project, Action/Adventure Theater, and Nomadic Theater. His plays include Microphone, The Adventures of Vanessa Goodwin: The Thoroughly Modern Argonaut, Corrugatopia, Red and Purple, GET TALL: An Epic American Yarn, and Hiking Boots. Devised work with the group MONTANA includes Agatha Christie’s Lost and Drowned, and MONTANA Pitches Their Animated Feature Film, The Man Who Owns The Stars, to a Major Production Studio. He holds a B.A. from the University of Portland and apprenticed at Actors Theatre of Louisville. His play You Cannot Undo This Action won the Angus Bowmer prize for Drama as part of the Oregon Book Awards. You can catch him picking banjo when the words aren’t flowing.
